I have held a number of board and committee positions for the Greater Lehigh Valley Writers Group so when I took the presidency I had only one concern: that I might have no webmaster. An html illiterate, there was no way I could bridge the gap our former webmaster left behind. In addition our site was sadly outdated.

I especially appreciated her clear communication as to when she would be able to address each web update, which she then completed by her estimated timetable. Throughout her tenure with our organization she continued to re-assess the site’s usefulness for our authors and suggested numerous enhancements that drove up site traffic.
